Incident Report:
Player #8 Thomas Cai, (Warriors team player) broke his right leg in the seventy-five minute mark of the game after he leapad into the air to hit the ball with his head and twisted his ankle awkwardly while trying to land. I quickly stopped the game and instructed Robin Rong the Warriors team captain, to summon an ambulance. Thomas apperaed to have a serious dislocated ankle.
I stayed with the injured player until the ambulance arrived at 11 PM.
