Karl So, was born and raised in Canton, China, Studied high school in HongKong and university in Alberta, Canada. Karl loves soccer since he was 8 years old and continuing playing until now. Karl works in Information Technology industry after school. Since he helps building BCCSF (British Columbia Chinese Soccer Federation) website in early 2000, he has been contributing his effort to BCCSF as technical support for more than 10 years. In year 2016, Karl joins BCCSF as a director and promises to help the federation with his knowledge.

蘇波，生長於中國廣東省廣州市，及後在香港完成中學並在加拿大亞爾百達省修畢大學。他自少熱愛足球運動，自八歲接觸足球之後一直參與至今。蘇波從事的專業是電腦資訊科技，自從協助卑詩省華人足球總會建立其官方網站之後，十多年來一直為足總擔任技術支援的角色，於2016年更加入足總成為理事之一，希望以其在電腦方面的知識，為華人足總出一分力。
